Donations:
We love giving back to our community and do so on a regular basis. We donate based on need and love to bless those in our community who are in need of an extra helping hand. You are welcome to submit a request at any time. Donation requests must be received 4 weeks prior to your event to be considered.
All charitable organizations including schools are welcome to submit a donation request via email at [email protected]. If you are seeking a raffle prize or similar donation, we may be able to provide a strawberry package or pumpkin package.
Only those that we are able to fulfill will be contacted. Past support of an organization or event does not guarantee future support.
Photography Policy:
We are thankful and honored that you want to take photographs and capture memories at our farm.
- All persons including the photographer must be a paying customer (purchasing strawberries or pumpkins) at the farm during our regular season.
- We cannot allow INTRUSIVE props.
- Pets are not allowed due to legal reasons on our farm. The only exceptions are TRAINED service dogs with papers.
- We LOVE that you are wanting to capture pictures here. Please tag us @wegmeyerfarms or #wegmeyerfarms in any of the photos you post on social media. If you have some you think we would enjoy, send them our way. Make sure you add permission for us to use them. Please include contact name and number. Feel free to email them to [email protected].
We love facilitating family memories, and we hope you can capture those precious moments!
Pet Policy:
Pets are not allowed on the farm. We allow service dogs that are trained to perform a specific task to their owner and have papers. These tasks include, but are not limited to, guiding their owner, pulling a wheelchair, assisting with detecting or helping during a seizure, detecting allergens, or fetching medication or a phone. We do not allow Emotional Support Animals (ESA) here on our farm. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you.
